MishiPay is the new way to shop in-store. With MishiPay you can use you own mobile phone to scan the barcodes on products, view enriched item and promotion information in real time, and then pay with the tap of a button using a variety of convient digital payment methods - all from the comfort of your own device.

No! We make our technology available as a webapp so shoppers can use MishiPay without having to download our native applications.

Download the MishiPay app from your App Store to view the stores in which you can use MishiPay

If you are unable to log in, you can either continue as a guest user instead or reset your password by tapping on “Forgot Password”.

Simply open MishiPay and hold your chosen item's barcode in the scanner crosshairs. The product will automatically be scanned.

( 1 ) If you are unable to scan the item, please ensure you place the product barcode clearly within the white frame. The barcode should be scanned automatically. ( 2 ) If that doesn’t work try a similar item with a different barcode. The barcode on your item is maybe damaged. ( 3 ) If the issue persists, reach out to us (Account--> Contact us) with a screenshot of the error message(if any) with a picture of the item barcode.

If you come across such a scenario where the price displayed in-store is different from the price in the app, please get in touch with a member of the store staff. They will be able to help you.

If there is an ongoing promotion but does not apply to you inside the MishiPay app. Please try the following steps. ( 1 ) Connect with a member of the store staff and ask for clarification about the promotion. ( 2 ) If the issue persists, please reach out to us (Account--> Contact us) with the promotion details and if applicable, we will issue you a refund of the differences.

We offer wide range of payment methods that are customised for each retailer and market in which we launch. This list includes credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and also a wide range of digital wallets like Mobile Pay, Swish, Twint and Vipps.

( 1 ) If you have made a payment on the MishiPay app and another payment was made at the till as well, please get in touch with the store staff and get the extra amount paid at the till refunded. ( 2 )If you have made payments on the MishiPay app only and somehow you have been charged twice. Please reach out to us (Access your Account on the app --> Contact us) with your order information and transaction screenshots. We will resolve your double payment as soon as possible.

If the store’s loyalty card is compatible with MishiPay, you would be prompted to scan or enter the card number prior to you scanning your items. If you are a registered user with MishiPay, your loyalty card information will be stored within our app and you will not have to input your loyalty card information again.

Past purchases are stored for registered users only. Past purchases are not stored when using Guest Checkout. ( 1 ) Access either the Mishipay iOS/Android app or the web version. ( 2 ) Navigate to your account area by tapping on the account icon on the bottom right corner of your screen. ( 3 ) Access “My Purchases” where you can find a list of past purchases made by you.

( 1 ) In the case you want to return the item(s) that you have bought via MishiPay, please return it to the store you bought it from. Please make sure that the packaging of the product is not damaged and the product is unused. ( 2 )The store reserves the right to make the final decision to accept the return of the product according to their policies. If the item qualifies for a return, the store will issue you the refund in the mode of payment according to their policies. [Note] MishiPay does not have any authority in deciding if the product can be returned or not. The store reserves the final right to decide on returns.

We do not restrict users from accessing Mishipay on a single device. You can access your MishiPay account by logging in using the same credentials on a different device.

We use your e-mail address to send you your receipt. We would, of course, love to send you discounts every time we launch new stores and services in your area. Simply tick the MishiPay box to agree to receiving updates from us after you complete your purchase and we'll keep you informed. There is an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every e-mail we send out so you can easily turn this feature off. The retailer you are shopping with today would also love to keep in touch. If you tick that box after you complete your purchase we'll share your address with only them. Once again - you can stop receiving these e-mails at any time by simply following the unsubscribe link.

At MishiPay we take the security of your personal data very seriously. To start with, we only collect data from you that is essential for us to complete your transaction at the retailer's store. Data that we do collect - such as your e-mail address - are encrypted before being transmitted and stored securely on our systems. Payment data - such as your credit card numbers - are encrypted and passed directly from your device to our PCI Level 1 payment service providers. No payment data passes through any of our systems, nor are they accessible by any of the team here at MishiPay. Sensitive information such as your card verification number (CVV) is never stored and needs to be re-entered when you make payment with a saved card, as an additional security check.

We utilise PCI-compliant methods of payment that are encrypted and secured to the highest standards (as guided by regulations) and these are tested by our stringent internal security team and external security partners.
